Post a Deal
Choose your deal type — Barter, Promotional, or Sales — set your brief, budget, and requirements.
Fill in the deal title, description, deliverables, timeline, and eligibility criteria. Set a return window for sales deals. Publish when ready.
Review Applications
Creators apply using their Bex tokens. Browse profiles, metrics, and portfolios to find the right fit.
Each applicant is vetted. You can shortlist, message, and formally accept creators. Once accepted, the deal moves to active status.
Escrow Locks In
For promotional deals, funds are placed in escrow at acceptance. Neither party can access them until deliverables are submitted.
Escrow ensures you never lose money and creators are confident they'll get paid. Barter deals skip this step as no cash is involved.
Approve Deliverables
Creator submits the content or work. You have 7 days to review and approve or raise a dispute.
If no action is taken after 7 days, funds auto-release to the creator. Disputes are reviewed by BEXERT admin with evidence from both sides.
